"Of course I know restraint. Though it still doesn’t mean I won’t make someone unconscious with a single blow." It was true for even when he was being lazy in a fight, he still had knocked the opponent out with a single blow and it just left him with nothing other than to wait for them to get up. Training with someone like Inuyasha was hard unless they knew how to fight and endure his blows just as much as he could take them. Lightning was skilled but he honestly wondered just how durable she was in which only caused him to not want to think about fighting her. It wasn’t underestimation he was the fact that he had yet to really know of Lightning. She still had yet to really show anything off to him other than her skills with a sword and the basic punch she had shown him. A sigh was given in response. Just what he thought but nonetheless he kept his mouth shut. There wasn’t exactly a need for him to speak up anymore for just the simply feeling of her aura despite her calm expression made it noticeable for the hanyou to know that it wasn’t something she wanted to talk about. But he wondered just how long she would be here, after all, he heard her talk a lot about these gates that would take her home but finding one took time and she had already been here a few months. Just how long did it take to actually find one?

"There is a difference between actually fighting and sparring with someone, should we ever spar I'd take a few good hits on your end but I trust that you wouldn't kill me, InuYasha." She stated and bent down to pick up the head that had been knocked off the dummy, tossing it over to him she crossed her arms over his chest and gave a nod. "We should make plans to do that sometime in the future."

Lightning had yet to fully explore this world, the vast expanse that was this place in general. "It is clear that I am here for a reason, a gate would have appeared already had I been placed here by accident."

Watching the pink haired woman as she curled her fists, he only directed his eyes to the fist that she put to his cheek and the slight twist in her example only caused him to copy and do the same thing on the dummy in which sent the head flying off if not into a wall that was next to him. “Like that?” He questioned with a slight raise of a brow. A lot of this stuff was new to him for he never had a teacher for anything, he practiced on his own and on the enemies he faced even if it was brief. “It’s not like I can beat on people all the time ya know. I’m not human and of course something like that would kill someone.” He of course needed other sources of training. He wasn’t human, he wasn’t weak like one (Well most of them) and of course he wasn’t going to take one in as a partner for he needed more durability to them much like nonliving objects such as his dummy. "Snow?" Came the mimic of his name in another question. He had never heard of the male she spoke of but judging how she beat on him there was certainly something that had to of been wrong with him that would cause her to anger her but that was certainly not his business to know. "I’m guessin’ he’s just another idiot?"

That was true if InuYasha hit someone like she was showing them their head would surely end up like that poor dummy. "Well we do have a problem here don't we? Surely you know restraint though and unless someone is making a direct threat towards your life, you should know not to kill them with a single punch." She murmured, one hand resting on her hip as she spoke.

Glancing up at the mention of Snow's name, she rolled her eyes fondly. "My sister's boyfriend, yeah he was an idiot." That time had long since come and gone though, she had just used him as an example but that wouldn't deny that small pang of nostalgic remembrance that seemed to wash over her. Lightning wasn't even sure what was going on in her time anymore, she had yet to find a gate.

"Well first thing is first, I noticed how you had your hands. Considering you have sharp nails should be a factor in using them as well, but mainly focus on using your knuckles. Not only will it take some of the impact off your hand, but it adds to the damage done to your opponent." Taking a step closer to him, she curled her fingers into a fist and pressed her knuckles against his cheek and turned her hand a little. "Once you make contact you twist your hand slightly, thus doing more damage and possibly knocking them off balance."

"I never really saw the point in using dummies, when I was being trained for the corps I actually had to face some of my superiors head on." Of course that was something that no longer existed, but she still carried it around with her. "I know as many times as I punched Snow with this technique it put him in his place real fast."

What is it you are trying to do exactly? That looks like hand to hand combat, unless I am mistaken. Your form is a little off though, especially around your hands.

You may call me Jesika if you wish, both the mun and the muse are of age! There isn't much that I will add here for now, except I am open to all different kinds of threads and crossover fandoms. I have had Lightning as a much since late 2009, she is probably one of my strongest muses mentally and emotionally compared to the others.

I only have one other muse and if you want a link to his blog you I will gladly give it to you. There isn't much that I won't do unless it flat out grosses me out or triggers me and I will gladly let you know if it does that.
