Been trying to get back into the gym lately. How would you say it’s going?

I’d call it a pretty horrific failure. Trying to get back to the gym when you can’t even get back in your own clothes. Your thighs are literally bulging from the seam all the way up to where your hips are. Ass hanging out. As bottom heavy as you are, I’d give up any ideas of cycling or the treadmill anytime soon. Crazy how you can let yourself go like this - five more pounds and this photo will be full of ripped seams.
