It’s Sunday night and I feel finally in a groove. I ate a lot less today and actually listened to my body more. Tomorrow is Monday and I hope to start my exercise routine.
I’ll have to work at it and make it happen, I have no other choice than to do what I need to do.
I have a lot of feelings and ideas, but I will talk more when I have more to say.
