Nori deserved better than this.
She had so much potential to make a comeback to the x books, like synch did, only to get fridged at the 5th issue. I thought that we would also learn more about her her past, like how was her relationship with her family was before her mutation or how did she come to america, only for her to have a heroic sacrifice (which feels so cheap). But Thorne did say in an interview for AIPT that he has plans for her in the future, so hopefully, she will be back in future issues as sort of powerful energy being.

In this edition of X-Men Monday at AIPT, writer Geoffrey Thorne discusses the upcoming "From the Ashes" 'X-Force' series.
Oh my queen. I admire you.
