Can we please STOP shaming people who are addicted to ai?

Like, i understand if you're angry at someone for using chat gpt for questions that can be found EASILY without ai, but she amount of hate i see people getting for using c.ai or chai is SHOCKING.

Yes i know the environmental impacts of ai, its horrible. But shaming people in comment sections for having an ai addiction is just too much. I think you've gotta think about it from their perspective sometimes. Like, maybe they're lonely or housebound? Or maybe they don't have any friends! But they may ALSO be addicted.

Coming from someone who knew people with ai addictions, its genuinely like a drug. So maybe rather than shaming people or telling them to 'touch grass', we could be a little kinder and give people support for their issues with ai 🫶🏼🫶🏼
