‘Shogun’ Star Takehiro Hira to Receive The Hollywood Reporter’s Trailblazer Award at Tokyo Film Festival

The veteran actor will be feted by THR and the Motion Picture Association at the glitzy "American Film Night" party in central Tokyo on Oct.

Hira will be just the second Japanese talent ever to receive the distinction, following veteran actor Tadanobu Asano, who was honored at last year’s festival.
