HE'S THE ONE. THE FUSION OF ONLY.. THEADOR TREYLER
Type: Taboo Rating: Lethal This fusion is quite [specil]..
Not to mention the fact that my life support unit‘s ability to support my life only goes so far as being able to carry around food or such now- it’s little more than a backpack in terms of functionality.
(Okay, head canon time! I’ll put this under a read more because if this gets long, I don’t want it clogging up the tag. Also if you disagree with these head canons, it’s all good. I’m just sharing my thoughts on the game. We are all friends here.
- The Lady used many methods to ‘hire’ the workers at the Maw. And since the Janitor looks least like the other guests ((and people of the twisted Little Nightmares world)), this has lead me to think of two reasons for this.
The Janitor is very old and stems from possibly before the world was so dark and corrupted. Back when children were treated, at least, a little better than how they are treated now. I think this because of all the toys that the Janitor had in that one room on his level, gathering dust. I believe he used to be a toy maker back in this time, and regularly has flash backs to this time. I mean, he has an animation where he not only picks up the monkey toy, but turns it on and lets it play. If this character is truly blind, (or at least is fine with being blind, seeing as he actually does have eyes under the skin but just doesn’t hold it up to allow him sight) then I doubt he would have thought to even look for a switch on this object.
Or he is a robot. I don’t know, the grayish dome he has looks like it could be a skull, or something like that of a machine. I don’t really.. have a lot to go on this though. I feel as if there is more evidence pointing towards a time weathered old man with a fond spot for children. I mean, those children probably wouldn’t have had those toys if it wasn’t for him, with how mean the Lady is. How she would have lured him to the Maw though, I am not sure. Maybe he could have been tricked with the promise of taking care of children in a ‘safer environment’ without the threat of them becoming lunch for someone else.
Another minor thing is, looking at his room and seeing the stout and the drinking bottles, I would say the Janitor can turn up. At least a little bit. And I don’t know how to feel about that. ((Drinking bro, holla at your bro)) Seeing as robots usually don’t drink or anything, this is evidence against the robot thing.
- The Twin Chefs seem like they are trying to be like the guests they see in the Maw though. It is clear they are wearing masks and suits, maybe they are pretending to be like what are considered humans now. And unlike the Janitor, who we have seen still capable of slinking off for short periods of time to play with the aging toys, these two seem much more dedicated to their job as chefs. It makes sense, the job of serving food to insatiable guests must be more taxing than what he does in the bowels. ((at least not as taxing?))
So here is my theory on them; I believe they were actively grown/made to be the chefs of the Maw, and the Maw is the only place they know. They come off not as if they are truly golems, but more like a form of homunculus, trying to pass as human.
As for only knowing life at the Maw, looking at the Janitor’s room in comparison to their room, they have much less things, and comes off as less homey than what the other has going on. Less opportunity to grow fond of little knickknacks maybe? The Janitor stops to cherish what could be treasures of his past, but from what we have seen, the Chefs stop to either sleep in the supply closet/room, or expect the food. It’s like they know of not much else, or at least not much more than what the Maw has to offer them. Honestly, I don’t think these two have even set foot on dry land.
- I have nothing for the Ferry Man and the Bellhop to be honest, mainly because one is in a comic I haven’t been able to read yet and the other is a cut character. The very most I feel I can infer for the Bellhop is that, for the one room you find right before the Chefs, the shrine to the lady that was hidden so well? Besides the gnomes, he might be the only one ((maybe??)) able to get in there and set something like that up, which would mean he has an unhealthy obsession with the Lady of the Maw. ((You could do so much better dude.)) But besides that? Zip.
At least I can infer things though. Because the Ferry Man has to be the one who brings the children prisoners to the site, and the Bellhop would be close enough to the Lady to develop such intense feelings, that shows me that maybe they were of a ‘higher rank’ than the others below the guest area, higher clearance? Whatever the term, that is a lot of trust to place on two people for them to be disposable pawns.
On another sad note; If the Bellhop wasn’t depressed from the, you know, eating children set-up here, maybe the reason why he killed himself was because he figured he wouldn’t have a chance with her. I could be wrong about this, but there are two times in which we saw envelopes in the game. Once under his body in the first level and again in the shrine, small connection but I’ll make it.
- Last theory here, because it’s low hanging fruit about the Lady, everyone has a similar feeling about her. I do believe she is the mother of Six, and is stopping her daughter from doing something that is common in her blood line due to the magic she possesses.
Okay, I feel as though the Maw is something passed down from mother to daughter, generation after generation, and the daughters are not fully able to grasp this dark magic while their mothers are still alive, and therefore are not in control of the Maw until they pass on. (The Maw and the black magic go hand in hand here.) The Lady, in all her vanity, can not accept the fact that she is growing older, especially with the fact that her daughter, Six, is still alive.
Actually, now that I am thinking about it, what if The Lady is not her mother and is, instead her sister? I mean, why would someone so hungry for power have a child that is destined to usurped them? In her lair, we see a picture with four scratched out people next to the Lady. And we know the Lady is not sentimental enough to keep even children alive, let alone have pictures made/painted of others besides herself, so here is my thoughts on the matter.
The Lady’s mother had other daughters, 1 through 4, that whatever her number is, she had killed to have absolute control of the Maw, so she didn’t have to share in the power and magic. Six is a sister that the Lady either didn’t know about, or didn’t take seriously enough to take her out herself, and decided to simply let her become food in the way most children in the Maw become food. My thoughts are leaning towards Six being a sister she didn’t know about because of the painting that is covered. We can see that its a little girl in a dress, and if we assume that it’s Six, than why would it be covered up? As if to maybe tell us that she is a sort of secret ‘last hope’ the original mother had to fight her most blood thirsty daughter.
Well, okay, that is going off the rails maybe. I am sure canon will come around and blow me out of the water, but honestly, that is fine. Like I said, these are all just theories and ideas. I hope I am not missing anything obvious, heh.)
I have a feeling that the lot of you dont know how a c0ck works

I'm sure they're safe. Jupel will keep them safe.
Of course shey will. I have full faith in sheir to do just that, if nothing else.
@ everyone who knew me in high school: I would like to extend a formal apology
do you remember what was going through your head the first time you kissed makoto?
Something along the lines of "He looks really cute right now," followed by "I want to kiss him" and then "WHY DID I DO THAT."
