Many times we will use #PushUpBars for an even deeper rep, still touching at the bottom and locking out at the top - Full ROM Bodyweight Squats (Butt to heels, lock knees at top) - Standing Crunches (Lace Fingers Behind Head, Bring Left Knee up And Right Elbow down to touch knee, and then Right Knee up and Left Elbow down to touch knee:. That makes one rep. The higher you bring your knees the more abs you involve) We do them in #SuperSets of 10 reps each (a mini circuit).
