00. 새 식구가 생기다. 

이름은 몬생이로 지었다.   처음 가져보는 중형차다. 나이를 생각해보 보면 대형차를 타고 다닌다고 해도 별로 이상하지 않을 나이지만, 운전을 잘하는 편이 아니라 큰 차보다는 작은 차가 좋았다. 

서먼의 학원의 주차 타워에 가까스로 들어갈 크기. 거기에 하이브리드라 기존에 타던 붕붕이보다 연비는 20% 정도 더 좋다. 

승차감도 준중형보단 안정적이라 편하다. 운전을 좋아하고 즐기진 않지만, 차에 대해서도 관심이 생기기 시작했다. 

01. 장거리 운전에 필요한 차. 

거의 9년 동안 차를 쭈욱 탔기 때문에 편의기능이라고 해봐야, 후방 카메라도 아닌 후방 접근 시 경보음을 내는 것이 전부였다. 

사람들의 눈높이는 차가 지 알아서 목적지까지 가주나? 였지만..  속도만 그대로 유지해 주는 기능만이라도 150킬로 넘게 운전해야하는 입장에서는 너무 고마운 기능이다. 

차가 거기서 거기지 라고 생각했지만 지금 시절에 9년이면 강산에 3번은 변했을 시간 아닌가.. 시티폰 쓰다가 스마트 폰으로 바로 넘어온 기분이다. 

연비 21 Km ..  또르르.. 하이브리드가 이런 거구나 싶다.  아마 이제는 연비 때분이라도 하이브리드로 계속 타지 않을까 싶고, 다음 번에는 하이브리드 플러그 인을 사게 될 것 같다. 

02. 사진은 색이다. 

그냥 우연히 찍히는 사진은 없다. 나는 우연히 그곳을 가게 되었다고 하지만, 어째든 그 곳으로 핸들을 꺽은 건 내 선택이 아닌가 말이다. 보정 안한 사진은 남들에게 공개하지 않는 것이 고수들이라고 한다. 

뭐 어떠냐.. 난 고수도 아닌 걸. 내 주변에 이런 곳이 있다는 것이 감사할 따름. 

03. 거리는 거리일 뿐. 

다녀오고 다녀갈수록 멀다는 느낌이 줄어든다. 

내가 운전하지 않는 차를 타는 것도 기분이 좋은 일이다.  엄청 긴장 하며 핸들을 잡고 있는 사람에게 말을 걸어보는 것도 즐거운 일이고,  주위 도로를 살피며, 앞도 보고 나오는 노래도 조절하려는 그 사람의 노력은 처음 흔들어 주는 장난감을 사냥감이라 생각하고 요리 조리 덩벼보는 아기 고양이 같다. 

아빠. 내가 요고 잡아서 아빠 배부르게 해줄께. 

이런 느낌? ^___________________________________^ 

그 사람이 몰아주는 차를 타고 맛난 커피를 사고, 차에서 나눠 마시면서 여태 한 번도 보지 못했던 풍경들을 보러 가는 길은 기분 좋다는 말로는 다 채우기 힘든 뭔가가 있다. 

04. 이곳에서 정치 이야기를 하고 싶지는 않다. 

그런데, 이명박 대통령 시절 신종 플루 시절이 떠올랐다. 정부가 있는 것인지 없는 것인지도 모르겠던 그 시절 70만이 넘는 감염자가 발생하고 200명이 넘는 사람이 사망했던 기억이 난다. 

얼마전 트위터에서 지금 코로나 바이러스와 싸우고 있는 의료인분의 글을 봤다. 

메르스와 싸워봤던 우리의 경험이 지금의 바이러스를 이기는데 도움이 될 것이라는 글이었다. 종일 방호복에 둘러쌓여 지친 몸을 잠시 쪽잠으로 일으켜 세우며 대응하고 있다는 글을 봤다. 

그러면서 드는 쓸데없는 생각. 

그래, 가장 잘 대응했던 건 사스였지. 경험이 없었으니 메뉴얼대로 딱 해서 아주 쉽게 막아줬다.  이전 정권이 잘했던 것이든 못했던 것이든 다 치워버리는 것이 관행이라도 되는 듯 다 피기해 버리고 아무 대응도 못했던 신종플루가 우리 국민들에게 각인 시켰던 것은 어쩌면 “국가는 없다.” 였을지도 모르겠다. 

그런 상황에서 만난 메르스에 우리는 국가 없이 우리가 그걸 이기고 버텼는지 모른다. 그 경험과 대응을 하는 정부가 만난 효과가 지금 톡톡히 나는 것이 아닐까 싶다. 

잘하고 있다. 국민들도 정부도. 

몇몇 뭔 소린지를 모를 말을 떠드는 집단들도 보이지만.. 

등원하면 거의 모든 수강생이 하고 있는 마스크를 보면서 우리도 손 세정제를 사서 강의실 마다 두겠다는 학원을 보며 그런 생각을 한다. 

이 힘들다면 힘든 시국에 모두 무탈하길 간절히 빈다.

#たべもの #milk #ソフトクリーム

列ができていたのでついつい並んでしまった生クリーム専門店「milk」のソフトクリーム。生クリーム専門店……ひたすら生クリームが皿にてんこ盛りにでもなってるのかしら？と怖い想像をしていましたが、何のことはない、クレープとかシフォンケーキとか、生クリームが添えられているスイーツを主体で扱うお店でした。

少し前に某居酒屋で巨大パフェによる生クリームの洗礼を受けたばかりだったので、生クリームと聞くと身構えるようになってしまっています。塔のようにそびえ立つ大量の生クリーム……こわい……。

ところでこのソフトクリーム、まるで漫画みたいなビジュアルをしていました。ミルク感たっぷりで、割とさっぱりしたソフトクリームなんですが、並んでまでとなるとちょっと億劫だな…という感じです。
