#6422 Bellwoods Goblin Sauce (Cara Cara Orange) (Canada) Goblin Sauce is a classic DIPA, and this edition with Cara Cara oranges is the second twist on it that I’ve had. Coming in at 8.5%, it pours like actual OJ, a foamy head and a citrusy nose, the body is thick and creamy, the bitter orange pith hits up front, it’s juicy with a huge orange burst, it rocks Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic but the tropical notes are slightly muted thanks to the oranges, it’s a little dank, not overly boozy, wrapping in juicy, citrusy finish.
