It’s November already???!!!
Back squats (4x6)
6 x 75 kg
6 x 80
6 x 85
6 x 90
75 and 80 felt hard, then it felt like I kicked in a gear and the 85 and 90 felt hard, but doable.
WOD - 4 x 4 minute rounds
30 cal row
30 Plate Russian twists (15kg)
Remaining time: Max reps push ups
1 minute rest between rounds
Completed:
Rd 1 - 22 Push ups
Rd 2 - 21
Rd 3 - 21
Rd 4 - 19
These rounds definitely got harder as they went on. The 30 cals were always able to be done around 1.45-1.50 mins (stoked!)
Russian twists were split 20/10 then I usually had around 1.20 mins left to do the push ups... Which were hard! Could always do 5 unbroken straight off the bat, but then it was 2 or 3s or even singles after that.
Gutted not to get to the 20 mark in the last round!
