Finished Martha's season for Doctor Who and I think I might just stop the rewatch here ?!?!?!?! Maybe all along, what I wanted was to see Martha, and not anyone else. And holy shit, that part where Martha is like "you know, this is me, getting out." HOLY SHIT. Girl travelled the GLOBE to get the Doctor out of his mess, constantly saved him, constantly was the ONE factor fixing everything and STILL, no one treated her with ANY respect. And holy shit, was it powerful to just have her character be in this series, constantly questioning, constantly challenging, and knowing that she can be better, do better than this. Holy shit what an energy.
