Took one of my longer walks today over 9300 steps and over 4 miles. I did this today for 2 reasons. First, to inspire our good friend Ashley Somics (@asomics ) to continue to lead us on a national/international basis and for all my friends on the kidney/organ transplant list who are waiting for a kidney.
