I've always kept track of it by breeding cooldowns- and usually, for me at least so I assumed everyone, plentifuls age up when their cooldown hits 10 days, and commons when they hit 15, and rares when they hit 30, so it was like... 6 days inclusive which may as well be five?
But one of my dragons who I expected to age up yesterday took until his cooldown hit 9 days today, and some dragons I snapped off the AH at 6 days, thinking they'd aged up but hadn't had their images refreshed, were actuall still babies and I had to wait on them.
So I think it's changed ever so slightly, because my math is suddenly a bit off.
