After seeing the creative instant ramen recipes enjoyed by Koreans, our curiosity towards other creative ways of savoring our favorite meal in a cup ballooned over three minutes (we were waiting for our cup noodles to cook), and so we put together this list of delicious quick fixes to satisfy our cravings! They're ...
HI. just wanted to ask: do most people bring their own extra mattress pad or do they just stay with the provided one? and how crowded is the gym/what are the peak hours? also will the admins ever reveal themselves? hahaha okay thanks
Depends on the person. The provided one’s really hard (and you can’t make hiding spaces hehe) but personally I would get a smaller one since you’ll be sleeping there a lot (even if you don’t nap during school hours) - but it really depends on your preference and if you think it’s worth it (and also the varying price of a lot of different ones).
I never used the gym, and I don’t think any of the other admins did, so maybe you’ll have better luck on the confessions page. Give us publicity there if you do ask, haha.
Well it isn’t difficult to guess who this admin is but I won’t reveal myself just because I feel that way. The other ones can reveal themselves if they wish (but apparently they’ve forgotten about this side blog?)
is this blog still active and will it still be continued next year? :D
Last time tumblr wasn’t blocked on the hostel internet, so it was a lot easier to maintain then. The current admins are already out of hostel, though if you want to contribute posts and content, please do!
By the way, if you’re getting these markers for your whiteboard from diaso (which is one place everyone is probably going to get thei t stuff from), the magnets on them will probably fall off them within a month. But you can always tape them back onto the marker, and they’ll work fine. In fact, dome count on them stating on, just tape them on the moment you get them. It can get pretty messy otherwise. For the record, most stuff you get from daiso isn’t going to be useful. At least, these markers were all I used.
Remember the post about finding rafia in the hostel dinner's veg? Well yeah, Same admin's back here, and guess what?
I found two more pieces of plastic in my food.
Not sure if I'm the unlucky bugger who just got all three, or our food really just does suck.
... this admin found a piece of rafia in his veg today. As in, in the hostel food.
...
maybe instant noodles aren't so bad after all.
In response to the previous post:
Reasons not to use mass laundry for your favorite clothes. You see the two polo-tees? The larger one, the one underneath is size 38. The one on top is size 40. I left the size 38 one at home at the start of the year and haven't brought it to hostel, the size 40 one has been in hostel up till the start of the holiday.
Yep, that bad.
