I honestly hate interest checks in arpgs. So many people I used to chat with got kicked out and there’s just no reason to bother. I only draw for them now. No point in trying to make a community. Rocket Hideout does give you a get-out-of-not-being-kicked-out free card but I was in it BEFORE they did this. The damage has been done. The people who got kicked out only talked with me about the arpg too so there’s not much to really go off of conversation wise- i didn’t know them very well, but I enjoyed roleplaying and drawing characters but there’s just no point in even trying when people you know may just get the boot. I actively DISLIKE the staff too. I’m just doing stuff to keep my progress incase I want to come back.
also thanks for having this blog, let me get something out i’ve been stuck with in my head for a while. Not at the forefront of course, but every time I try to participate in that arpg.
activity checks are such a pain as a concept yeah. i get not wanting to have inactive members but..life happens? people get busy, they'll come back to it when they get the time if your arpg's good enough
