Out of curiosity how has your design for/view of Oliver changed since you had your old blog?
TLDR: He's less uwu. He's got lots of secrets and lots of guilt.
The lore has changed a bit in small details, but fundamentally it's still the same. The 2P Universe is dark, cold, and miserable. 2P!England wants to live in the "perfect" 1P Universe. To do that, he must possess his other self and steal his body. Same goes for the other nations, who are similarly entranced with the idea of a utopic world.
As for 2P!England's character... over time, I'd say he became less cheery and loud, a bit more realistic. He's more hesitant about what he's doing, and he's come to really, really hate 1P!England. He has to. Otherwise, he cannot justify what he's going to do to him and his friends and his family. "Justification" is a big thing with him. (As you'll see in his description.)
Regarding design... honestly, my 2P!England's design is all over the place, but nowadays I tend to stick to the general fanon design. I still can't decide on a shade of pink for his hair. Losing my mind. Send help. It's been 6 years. I still think his hair is probably curlier than 1P!England's, though.

I think I've made him less chipper, instead a bit more grounded. Here's some old dialogue of his from the old blog, versus some modern dialogue. For context, Oliver was discussing the side effects of possessing another nation in the first image (old). In the second (new), he was trying to avoid revealing to Allen that he'd, you know, fed him human meat as a child.
Both of these conversations involve Oliver, a certified horrible person, being caught in a situation in which he could potentially face repercussions for his actions. The difference is the old (left) has him act like an anime girl, which I don't particularly agree with nowadays. The newer one (right) still retains his faux-kind presentation, the "soft" vocal mannerisms, and he still has that touch of insecurity, but he's not so... "uwu." For a lack of a better word.
Regarding changes to lore... it seems in the past I had implied that Oliver had tried to take over MANY different Englands from MANY different universes. This is no longer applicable. As far as Oliver knows, there's only two universes, one on each side of the mirror.
Also, England apparently went over first, and faced some SERIOUS confusion, sickness, and doubt. The below text was Oliver being confused and disoriented at the difference between 1P and 2P Germany. In the current story, England is the one who is casting the spell, so he's gotta go last. This disorientation is being experienced by the other nations instead, first.)
A lot of the content on the blog was surreal and edgy... and also just for fun. But there was occasional lore stuff, usually about Oliver trying to possess England's body slowly.
idk if ive ever mentioned this before but englandlovemail (briefly oliverlovemail) was supposed to be from the perspective of 2pengland from this blog. kind of.
lore has changed a bit since 2018 of course. i guess at one point i made allusions to oliver eating 1pcanada because like. no one would notice he was gone. that's the Whole Gimmick of his character. anyway interesting. i saved the old posts so here's a few
