🍇: What sort of friend are they? Where are they in the group dynamic?
Once Noa is your friend, you are friends forever. She is probably an enabler or the listener in a friend group, not speaking much but happy to eat up anything you want to talk about. She doesn't like to make fun of people for their interests so she's the perfect person to gush about all of your things to. Go on, talk about your weird fixations or your blorbos or your shows or what have you, she's always there to lend an ear.
🍪: What is something that's sentimental to you OC?
Anything from her childhood home that she can't return to is precious to her, a reminder of her beloved family and what she's lost. She has a locket she wears constantly, and a ceremonial dagger from the night of her Embrace.
🍫: Where does your OC go to think?
Noa is never truly alone, one way or another. In a way, she can only zone out and stay inside of her own mind. Any place is a good place to think when you finally get a moment of privacy. In modern nights, she will have a home to be free in, but until then her journey is fraught with being forever crowded and mishandled.
🍟: What does your OC admit to be their guilty pleasure? What actually is their guilty pleasure?
Noa doesn't usually feel guilty about anything she enjoys. But perhaps being admired - REALLY admired - is something she enjoys guiltily to an extent if she likes the other person enough. Being admired by certain people is scary to her, but if you're the right person, she craves it like a drug. Otherwise, you can't make Noa feel bad for liking what she likes, she's staunchly unashamed. She HAS to be.
🍰: What's something your OC counts as unforgivable?
Breaking trust is always the number one sin. If she puts her faith in you and you intentionally mess things up, you have made a permanent and immortal enemy.
🎂: Has your OC have any contradictory interests or traits to the first perception people have of the? How do they surprise people?
Noa is a Giovanni vampire, meaning she is a necromancer and commander of the dead. She's also dressed in conservative and frilly soft pinks and whites, and when she smiles it's genuine and light. She is polite and reserved, but she is also strong and will stand her ground and will not tolerate intentional slights. She's five three, but she's big in command. She is a nihilist, but she believes necromancy is the work of miracles. In a way, her contradictions make her convictions all the more strong.
Most people probably expect a delicate waif, or perhaps a sly little vixen hidden behind those black eyes and ruby red lips - but Noa is simply a girl clinging to her ghosts and just wanting to be a part of a family... whether some wanna be or not.
🍕: How does an OC spend a lazy day?
Noa is never really lazy, but a cozy day spent reading is always a day well spent.
🍔: Are there any recent trends you think your OC would hate? Or love?
Noa sneers at the hypersexualization of children and their strange access to the internet probably. She was born in the 50s so she's a bit of an old lady - mentally. Noa would definitely love watching vintage fashion and makeup hauls though!
🍋: What is your OC's most painful memory?
The most painful memory would be the journey from Mexico to the United States, as that's when she lost everything she once knew. She didn't even really get to see the worst part of this memory due to her body changing from the Embrace, so she only has that empty "what if" feeling leftover from being the apparent sole survivor of the assault on her family home.
🍓: Does your OC have any particular scents they like? Or hate?
Noa loves roses, gardenias, the memory of her father's cologne. She of course loves the smell of blood as well... Noa would probably hate the smell of alcohol at this point, just due to what she's been surrounded by. The scent of gasoline still makes her Beast twitch in fear.
🍆: Does your OC have any favourite form of affection, physical or otherwise?
Noa is not very touchy, kissy, bitey, etc - not because she doesn't want to be but it is simply a way to protect herself. She doesn't want to be taken advantage of physically so she keeps her distance, she can't just wantonly kiss because her lips create blood bonds which can lead to the recipient going mad for her, she can't bite mortals due to her poisonous bite... she simply is held back from being as intimate as she wants to be. She would give herself COMPLETELY and maddeningly if she could to someone if she could trust them and they could handle all of these strange quirks of hers... alas. Her affections are primarily shown through words, she's VERY affirming and means everything she says.
