With the sweetness of Coca-Cola and the sourness of barbecue sauce, this Crockpot Coca-Cola Pulled Pork recipe makes pulled pork that is tender and full of flavor. It goes well with rice, tacos, sandwiches, and more.
Ingredients: 3-4 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed. 1 cup Coca-Cola. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and mix them together. Add the pork shoulder to the slow cooker and season it with pepper and salt. Cover the pork with the Coca-Cola mix. When the pork is soft enough to pull apart, cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Take the pork out of the slow cooker and use two forks to shred it. Put the pork back into the slow cooker and stir it around to coat it with the sauce. Enjoy it on buns or rice.
