Something about seeing all those videos of parents quoting the first half of parenting sayings to their kids and their kids responding with something totally wholesome is... Very healing, I won't lie.

no shade but im always mistrustful of random anons that pop up in ppls ask boxes during callouts/drama/w/e talmbout “im [insert minority/disenfranchised group here] & i dont think [x] is offensive!!” 

like not to say any minority group is a monolith & that we all agree on everything (we arent & we definitely do not), but theres just smth so suspicious abt it being said on anon. like yeah you can argue that ppl are afraid of backlash & youd be right to an extent but anon also means theres no way for anyone to actually /know/ if you are who you say you are (obvi)

all im saying is its incredibly easy for someone to toss “im black/asian/gay/etc.” in front of an anon msg & have it be an outright & boldfaced lie
