Is quietly okay with this, though Moxxi needs to step her game up, casually winks.
Forgetful student
Blissful peace, wrapped warmly in his sheets there wasn't a worry in the world for the male as he let the morning pass by; since he didn't have much to do and sleeping in sounded great. Though a creak at the door as curious eyes peaked through along with a long pair of white, fluffy ears. The face attached to them was none to happy seeing Terra laze about in bed.
"..Mmm, that lazy idiot."
Grumbling lightly the hare would make her way over to the sleeping lump, giving him a few nudges with no response besides light snoring. Brow twitching in annoyance she climbed on top of him, hands clapping together as she prepared a water spell; then snapping her fingers as a small torrent of water fall on his face causing Terra to wake up immediately with a scream.
Choking, he'd sit himself with a wide eyed stare, glaring when he realized who had done that and was currently using him as a seat.
"T-Tomi..what, what do you think you're doing?!.."
With a small scoff she hopped off him, arms pressed against her chest. Of course he forgot, surprise, what a lazy bum he was even when he'd promised not to miss their next session since before something came up; even if his excuse sounded ridiculous.
"You forgot again, Terra. Are you too slow to remember what?"
The pair sat there for a moment and glared at one another, each equally annoyed. Terra sat there running a hand through his now soaking wet hair. Now that he was awake and fully alert; and reminded of something he was meant to do, he slowly thought.
Crap.
"..We, had a session today."
Frown quickly turning into a sheepish smile as both his hands sat in his lap. With a small wave of her hands and obviously fake smile she nodded.
"Yeah, you remembered, but, that was four hours ago!"
The smile turning right back into a deep frown, fingers tapped in quick succession on her arm.
"I waited for you and for what, to find you sleeping the day away like an idiot."
Winching lightly at Tomi's words Terra rubbed the back of his neck, feeling awful about missing this again. Last time he had a reasonable excuse; even if she thought he was crazy; but this time he'd simply forgot and slept instead.
"Tomi I'm sorry-..I didn't mean to forget, it just, slipped my mind and-.."
She'd quickly interrupt him, not wanting to here any of it.
"I don't care! If you don't want to bother then just tell me, I don't like wasting my time. You're lucky I even bother teaching you, forgetful and lazy like every other human."
Now she struck a sour note with him and just made him feel worse then he did already, it was a mistake, plain and simple. But she was taking it way too far for whatever reason. Frowning back at her Terra's voice raised an octave.
"Hey! That's not fair, I always do my best when you try and show me magic and I do have a life Tomi, so other things get in the way some times-..it just slipped my mind."
Turning her head to the side she scoffed again , she'd expected to much from this. Not wanting to outwardly admit she really enjoyed that small time they spent together a few days during the week, otherwise just lounging around and talking to him. The bottom line was that cared, and Terra forgetting again upset her, thinking he stopped caring or didn't want to bother with her.
"Your magic is still weak even though you pay attention and you can't even make a decent excuse, or not get caught."
Gripping his sheets likely Terra looked down, getting far too angry for his own good. First Tomi gets him up like this and then starts belittling him? Calling him lazy and an idiot, no, this wasn't fair, especially since he had no idea why she was so upset about this.
"Why are you making such a big deal out of this?"
He said dead pan, finally getting out of his soaked bed, turning his back to her as he rolled up his sheets. Glancing back at him Tomi fell quiet, still steaming as kept his position.
"Because I give a shit, there, are you happy now?"
She fussed more, taking a few steps back, now the guilt quietly set in with what she'd done and then yelling at him. Internally Tomi tried fighting these feelings, no, she had every right to feel this way.
But why couldn't she let herself?
"Sure have a weird way of showing it, I know I forgot this morning but that..whatever, forget it Tomi."
This was ridiculous and to be honest, Terra didn't want to go on about it any more. He was awake now and his bed; along with him; were dripping wet. Keeping his rolled up sheets in one arm he'd turn around, still frowning deeply but now Tomi's expression was a bit, different.
"..You.
I don't have many friends, or people who bother with me."
It was hard for Terra to not roll his eyes but he listened, gaze drifting every which way except at her.
"I thought you were nice, unlike most people I meet, most humans, and you were accepting. So I thought teaching you better magic would be nice..
I'm sorry, I, I shouldn't of yelled like that Terra. I just-..got upset, or mad really, that you didn't show up."
His expression slowly began to soften as he looked up at Tomi, noticing how quiet her voice had gotten and now her face, she looked, sad?
"Tomi..
Look, it was my fault for forgetting. You were okay to be mad at me."
A small frown appeared on her lips again as she looked back at him, cheeks holding a light blush with embarrassment as she screeched.
"No it wasn't! You aren't lazy or stupid, I'm..not used to having people like you around."
Slowly putting down his sheets he'd continue to stare, more then confused about her sudden change of attitude. Though Tomi seemed sorry and even upset.
"Hey, I'm grateful you've been teaching me a few things, people like m-..!"
He couldn't finish, before Terra could even blink Tomi had rushed toward him to wrap her arms around his waist in a hug, shoving her face in his chest. Staring down for a few moments she muffled a few words.
"Someone who cares and likes having me around."
A few moments passed as they fell silent, her grip tightening slightly as he'd kiss the top of her head, letting his hand softly rub her back.
"..Sorry, I'll be around more, okay? I'd never forget you."
Letting himself wrap around her as well Terra returned Tomi's hug, her face bright red but under it held a warm smile. She was happy, teaching him made her happy; they felt better being around one another.
Having someone who cares.

[Text]: Are you sure, it was pretty good actually.
[Text]: I know earlier was bad...a mistake even, I really am sorry Tomi.
[Text]: I didn't mean to hurt you, honest.
Finally, he found them, for someone so small they were awfully hard to find. After their first meeting Tomi had just, vanished, disappointed he couldn't catch her during the holidays Terra had spotted them and decided to call the hare over as he kept his box well hidden.
"Psst.."
