↑ - for the easiest part about playing my character
honestly lucina is a muse that comes so natural for me that i can’t even choose. a lot of our morals are rather similar so i find it easy to write her good and heroic side!

3 + 10
3. What do you like most about the character you play?
besides the fact that he's my baby??
The thing I like most about him in the games themselves is...probably just his style and mannerisms honestly. He's one cool customer, and I like sssmooth characters a lot. Unfortunately, his personality isn't elaborated on very much, so I kind of, ah, did my own thing. Generally with good reason or inspiration from the games, or indirectly from the games, but my own thing nevertheless.
My favorite thing about my Vergil is that he's...hm. I'm gonna have to admit that I admire how self-sacrificing he's capable of being. He thinks of himself basically as trash, though he's far, far too proud to admit that, and no, I don't consider that a good thing -- but he places much greater value on the well-being of those he cares about as a result, and will do whatever he can at any cost for them. DMC3 was kind of a psychological break, as far as my Vergil goes, not the core of his personality.
I don't think it's right or healthy for him, the way he goes about protecting/taking care of people he values, and he'll also sacrifice people he doesn't value to protect the ones he does because he will deal with that guilt and their resulting hatred for him if it means protecting them. That degree of it is really messed up. But his intent is genuine and I kind of have to be able to empathize with his motivations in his decisions in order to portray him well. I think that's required, to write a character well. You have to really get where they're coming from and love them for it even if it's unhealthy or wrong.
so yeah basically he's my baby, whoops
10. Are there any songs you associate with your muse?
Idk if I've used this one yet, but speaking of thinking of himself as trash and being far too proud to admit it
There's also his music page with a playlist of some songs.
