Sometimes I, too, just say "Yuuuuto" in that sad Deneb voice.

Loving Yuuto means:

1) Suffering

BANJOU AND SENTO!! (for the shipping meme)

 falls asleep on the couch: (assuming they end up living somewhere with a couch) Banjou does! Sometimes Sento gets too caught up in his science stuff and stays up late, so Banjou waits for him because it feels wrong to go to bed without Sento :( Sappy boy. He watches TV, plays games on his mobile phone… until at some point he falls asleep. 

makes friends with the neighbors: probably Sento. The next-door neighbor, a lovely woman in her late sixties, is especially fond of Sento. She always calls him whe she needs help and bakes him cookies at least once a month. She also likes Banjou a lot, but Sento won her over. Sento is terribly smug about it.

is the adventurous eater: Banjou will chown down ANYTHING. Gentoku’s hardly edible cooking? Yeah. Dubious protein ramen? Hell yeah. That slice of pizza that’s been on the fridge for over a week? Bring it on. That one restaurant that has like 0 positive reviews? Can’t be that bad.

hogs the covers at night: Banjou’s body is usually very warm, so there’s no need to. In Winter, though, Sento will occasionally hog the blankets while he’s asleep. He feels guilty when he wakes up though :(

forgets to do the dishes: sometimes Banjou does, but it’s okay: Sento will remind him that’s it’s time to do the dishes. Banjou cleans them and Sento dries them up.

tries to surprise their partner more often: I don’t know if Banjou tries to (as in, on purpose), but he does surprise Sento quite often. Again, sappy boy.

leaves dirty laundry on the floor: Banjou maybe would if Sento didn’t nag him

stays up til 2 AM reading: SENTO. And that’s why Banjou falls asleep on the couch.

sings in the shower: BANJOU DOES. And Sento teases him. When they shower together, Banjou will sing at the top of his lungs anyway and Sento will roll his eyes… and sing with him

takes the selfies: Banjou does. For some reason (hint: sappy boy), he likes to take selfies where he’s kissing Sento’s cheek or making dumb faces

plans date night: Sento. Well, he IS a genius!!

Favorite/most inspirational book?

I have read soooooo many books in my life that influenced me, but it’s still Les Mis, for sure! For many reasons, but reading it created whole new friend groups for me, inspired me to get involved in political activism, and I would never ever have this book trilogy I’m working on now if it hadn’t originally been a long Les Mis fic. Plus, writing ALL my Les Mis fics have made me a better writer in the long run, partly because it’s great source material, and also because there are so many great writers in the fandom that I was always inspired to do better.

Cheesethesecond? Butneverstoptrying? steelplatedhearts?

@cheesethesecond runs one of those blogs that you can always go to if you need cheering up. She curates tags of cute animals and also of cathartically sad headcanons, depending on your mood, and she’s clearly made it a goal to be as positive an influence in the world as she can be. That she manages to achieve that goal while still dealing with Life And Its Nonsense is all the more impressive.

@butneverstoptrying is out there determined to live her best life, and it’s so great to watch. She just keeps getting up again, being excited about all the cool shirts she gets to wear or about getting to hang out with people to watch movies, and refusing to compromise who she is for the sake of the world. I know it’s been a journey to get here, and it’s awesome to see where she’s at now.

@steelplatedhearts has a blog title that makes me laugh every single time, so there’s that. Which makes sense, because talking to Madi is a delight every time. I love the stuff she’s able to come up with, and she’s always got interesting ideas and ways of looking at stories to share. Her excitement is infectious, and so is her genuine delight in the things around her.
