This is not our first time taking cooking courses with Adri, and certainly not the last. We always enjoy a nice evening talking about food, learning new tricks, laughing, and eating obviously. 🙂
This time around, we cooked mussels with parmesan and parsley, followed by warm goat cheese with salad, olives, and wallnuts, and a beef cheek stew (with lots of wine) with mashed potatoes, and crème brûlées for dessert. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Wait until you see the pictures! 🙂

Looks delicious, doesn’t it? The olive oil is a custom one, with some chives mixed in to give it that green color. It adds some color to the dish.
