He will be demonstrating how to make their famous Piri-Piri prawns served with a spicy pimento aioli for an appetizer. For an entre Chef Benji will demonstrate how to make a full Piri-Piri Portuguese style Chicken served with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Finished off with a Canada day themed doughnut from destination doughnuts. This will be a 25-30 minute video that will be released on Friday at 6pm. Which can be watched anytime that weekend.
