Creating a Visitor Video PART TWO!

I've picked a place rather than an individual ghost...

Dover Castle has been a fortress since Roman times. It was used for defence as recently as WWII. It has a LOT of ghosts. This makes it an ideal subject.

I usually start building my videos with a short stock video and a piece of music. Everything must be copyright-free or allowed under the canva rules.

Calling all fans of Lockwood & Co! We need YOU!

On 8th November 2025, there will be a virtual panel with creators and crew from the Netflix production of Lockwood & Co.

As part of the event, we are asking fans of the show and the books to create poems and videos on the theme of Visitors of the World!

We want you to tell us about your local ghosts. Is your riverside haunted by a coven of Cold Maidens? Do you have secret codes to evade the neighbourhood Fetch?

I will be sharing a few quick posts today explaining more about the content.

Below are some of its parts.

We removed the background for some bits, added a green filter for others, and we added music. The aesthetic is TV from the 70s/80s/90s, so this is at the newer end of the range.
