If you have pesky wasps flying around your porch like I did, try this folk hack by @crowsmoonconjure. Take some of your dryer lint and put it in a paper bag and hang it from your porch light or somewhere by the door's entrance. For some reason they start avoiding the area. I can attest to the fact that it works.
