fuck dude i did the exact same thing last time i did my shot. i was fine after a couple hours of rest, it was a result of doing my shot when i was too cold and worried about it so it was painful. next time i see my doctor im going to ask if i can switch to one of the t gels/creams instead, and id suggest doing the same if you still arent getting over needle fear
