Found this little f.awn today, everything above the ears and below the belly was really mushy so I only took the spotted spine. I’ve never worked on any deer before, and that’s an intentional choice, but I couldn’t pass up this little one.

Look who just came in the mail today! The seller said he got it from an antique shop in France, so I have no clue on how old it is. I think it is a Roe d.eer, though I don’t know enough about identifying animals to confirm that.
