I came to dao for Leliana and fell hard for Alistair... I don't remember my original because I played as it came out, but I do remember my bi crisis over this game.

For Hawke: "I've got a bad feeling about this," the Templar muttered from behind. @fantasy-hub
Marian chuckles a turns around. "What? You don't trust little old me to figure this out?" She pushes her hand out to lean against the wall and almost falls to her face. Shit.
Maybe that's what he's nervous about, her humor and inability to take much seriously. She chuckles and wipes her hands together from the dirt as the ground caught her with her hands.
"Ignoring that, I am fine. And I can handle more than you think. Just you watch, Rayray." She makes up the nickname on the spot and winks.
❛ my body is a temple and there’s another funeral today. ❜ @bushelofmuses from Cole for Theria
Theria pauses what she's doing, and looks over at him. He says the most curious things and she can hardly keep up at times. But she never judges too harshly. As spirits always are a complicated thing, she hopes that she can keep up with him despite it all.
"What does that mean exactly? Should we prepare anything or...?" Or maybe he could stop saying such oddities. That would be easier but here they are! "Or is that another observation you're making of someone again? Not me, is it?" She asks with a nervous chuckle.
@bloodlaurel asked: [ OVERHEARD ]: sender reveals that they’re in love with the receiver to a third party, not realizing that the receiver, while out of sight, has just overheard the confession. (Merrill, Shaeva, and Tamlen?)
Shaeva didn't mean to overhear, she really didn't. The tension in the air between Tam and Merrill seems intense as they talk about her. Her own ears reddened and ringing because of it. Or maybe that's just her nerves coming through because she can't help but feel her heart race.
"I love her, I love you, I can't imagine a world where I don't," Merrill would speak and Tamlen would hug her. Comforting her, despite already being with Shaeva himself. But he seems to smile and kiss her forehead. Reassuring her that he loves her too, and that Shae would feel the same. That perhaps she already does.
And he's not wrong. Her heart has longed for Merrill since the first time she smiled at her when they were children. But she wasn't sure if loving another girl was right. She worried she was broken or wrong, but it's only grown more stronger over the years.
How is Shae to cope with this? She can't pretend she didn't hear it. She can't pretend not to know now. That feels wrong and invasive. She has to say something!
And yet... She can't stop smiling. Merrill's words repeating in her head over and over. Like a beautiful mantra, and one she never wants to stop hearing.
Maybe with a few steps forward (she's already moving and reaching for Merrill and Tam who look surprised), she touches their arms and smiles still. Her eyes watery and emotional.
"I loved you since I was a little girl." She'd confess to Tamlen's surprise but he smiles and lets them have their moment together. Where Shaeva hugs Merrill from behind and keeps her close. Her lips lingering on her cheek as she kisses her.
"I wish I had your courage to speak up and I'm sorry for being so late... I love you too." She finds her voice, and nuzzles her cheek with her nose and holding her closer.
Worked on Lia Hawke's page some more since I got to talking about her on discord lately.
@wldfes asked: “ I didn’t realise how much I missed you until you were standing right in front of me again. ” Ainsleigh to Morri
"You are far too sweet for your own good, only a romantic fool would say such a thing." She scoffs and looks away but there's a hint of a smile there. She looks back and twirls Ainsleigh's hair around her finger. Feeling the silky smooth strands against her skin and knowing just how much she missed her. "You know, I am single currently. If you were at all curious." She hums.
“you seem unafraid, even here. that is uncommon.” -- for morrigan from vin on @luna-mxth ;v;
"Only a fool would be afraid of their reflection and that's all the fade is." She says plainly and to the point. She keeps a hold of her staff though, careful to keep calm, and observant to no provoke the spirits here. Coming to the circle for allies was such a foolish idea, and now? Now they're trapped in the fade.
"Do try to keep your spirits up, I don't feel like dealing with a despair demon." Or worse, but those are far too cold for her liking.
