RELATIONSHIPS

Growing up Izumo was said to be the male version of the stereotypical ‘boy crazy’ girl. This was because he did have an interest in checking various pretty girls. Yet, this only went as far as appreciating how beautiful they were and he never took looked at them twice. While girls were nice, he had more important things to focus about. There were only two exceptions.

There were just two girls who were capable of completely actually capturing his. These girls were Ayame, daughter of the famous Ichi Raku owner and Hana Inuzuka.

Ayame:

As soon as he met Ayame, Izumo was taken away by her bubbly personality and delicate features. He immediately fell for how gentle, kind, and caring she was. Never before had Izumo met such a sweet tender woman. This crush caused various ramen accidents to occur on his behalf. Whenever Izumo went to the shop, he would be so focused on Ayame that he’d spills ramen, burn himself, or begin to blush immensely. Teuchi, her father, would eventually come to notice his sudden frequency to his ramen shop and confront Izumo. This meeting did not go well and Teuchi made it clear that he did not want Izumo to frequent his daughter so much. After a good heated but hysterical argument, Izumo would come to find out that Ayame was still seventeen and that ramen pans left bruises for days. To this day, Izumo does not frequent the shop very often.

Hana Inuzuka:

Hana has been the only girl to absolutely take Izumo’s breath away. While he couldn’t help being attracted to her beauty, her strong and proud (yet kind) personality is what truly made Izumo fall for the Inuzuka. He admired her constant love and protection for her animals, her intelligence, and motherly instinct towards Kiba. While he admired her as a child, his attraction for her grew upon seeing her grow and blossom as an incredible medical nin. While he is capable of behaving himself when around the girl, the rare times that they have been alone it is impossible for him to control his quick to redden face and sudden babbling. There are times in which he actually works up the courage to go ask her out, but ultimately, he remembers that it’s just a CRUSH and gets over it. After all, both Hana and him are very busy people, and such an amazing girl wouldn’t click with a guy like him.

These two are just crushes that Izumo ceased to persist for one reason or the other. While Hana can be seen as the apple of his eye, he has no true love intention because of their differing goals and his wish for her to have someone better. Of course there are other girls Izumo will eventually fall for. Wether it be Ayame, Hana, or another girl future mystery girl, Izumo will be waiting for someone who will hopefully be his on true love. He just won’t admit the last part because, eww it sounds too sappy.
