This album quickly became one of my favorites to listen to after hearing it for the first time, and after getting "The Direction of Last Things" on vinyl, I knew I needed this one as well. These guys exude such phenomenal musicianship, it's not even funny. While painting soundscapes with tracks such as "Killing Birds With Stones" and "Milk Leg," they're still able to bring it back down to earth, such as with the Alice-In-Chains-sound in "A Sore Sight For Eyes".
