When did west say "dad gets angry"?

Around the 17 minute mark, someone asks Misha if he uses the Castiel voice when he’s mad at home at the kids. Misha says he NEVER gets angry at the kids, but West says he does. West is too little to make this a joke, so I’m assuming he’s telling the truth.

I showed Jared an old picture of me, told him how Love Yourself First was helping me finally prioritize myself, so that I was eating healthy and losing weight (nearly 20 pounds).He highfived me, and said repeatedly (like when I saw him again later) how PROUD he was of me, and gave me the biggest hug. I was on cloud nine all day!
