Not 100% sure but I think a lotta these folks are salty because there’s a big stigma attached to lip syncing and the moment that someone (even innocently) mentions the fact that someone is clearly lip syncing, it’s like you’re devaluing everything about them. But the thing is— you’re not devaluing them. You’re calling into question what set of circumstances led to a sudden and frankly large performance change. Idk why people are upset. It was obvious they were syncing, why can’t we discuss? 🤔🤔
