people don't understand trust isn't just earned back because you said you were sorry..

your actions have to go along with your words

you change your actions then you get the trust back

keep repeating the same actions then no trust

after a while when people keep asking you, “how are you? you doing okay? is everything alright?” you don’t even want to tell them the truth because it doesn’t even matter what’s wrong. Nobody could possibly truly care to know what’s going on inside your head that has you so fucked in the head.. what makes you cry your eyes out every night.. what makes your anexity go through the roof everyday.. none of it will ever matter simply because it’ll always be the same.. maybe one day you won’t be so depressed anymore and maybe one day you’ll actually be normal and okay again... but till then why even speak about what’s wrong when you don’t know how to fix it yourself...
