It was supposed to be a literal walk in the park, but some new True Knot member had thoroughly ruined that idea when she came after Crow Daddy and Dan. The fight is a near thing, but Dan successfully tries out a new trick, and Crow gets a whole set of new ones out of the ordeal.

And Rose? Rose is inordinately glad to have her fool men back, even if one's come back more bumped and bruised mentally than physically.

Luckily, Rose the Hat is keen on tending to those types of hurts when it suits her. (It goes without saying that Dan suits her-- suits her and Crow-- just fine) *

How's it going, DovahDoes? Any plans for writing more of your 'Shall We Not Revenge' series? I know it's been a few months, but I still find myself re-reading both fics quite often, and I'm craving more!

Heyyo!  Just beginning to see the light at the end of a v v long dark tunnel (or maybe I’m just manic. 🤷‍♀️) and have been gently trying to get back into the writing game.  I’ve already re-read The Shining and am about 1/4 way through Doctor Sleep.

No promises, as work is still bonkers/stressful, rn, at my full-time job (what with patients still trying to walk into the office without fucking masks on), and just tiring at my part-time one (bc retail during the holidays is A Nightmare.

But... yeah. My brain is capable of actually deriving a measure of enjoyment/pleasure from my hobbies, again, so I might be back soon? <33  Thanks so much for checking in!  Sorry that I’ve hardly logged on, here, to check my messages. D:

P.S. I, too, occasionally re-read those 2 fics and wish for another entry in the series. lol.

What I’m working on: Dec 2019 (D/octor Sleep)

Eh heh heh.... my new fandom!  In which I’ve already posted a fic, as of this week. lol

Fic 1 - (Incomplete) -  [[Pairing: Rose/Crow/Dan]]     ... I love my weird little OT3.  Hahaha.  And I sort of set myself up by mentioning that a significant part of their relationship (or at least one of its initial foundations) is the... well... sex and how it literally helps sustain 2 out of the 3 of them.  So.... I’m maybe writing a fic that is mooossttllyy smut.  Might even have a hint of a bit of D/S dynamics in there, too.  (Still in the Shall We Not Revenge ‘verse, ofc.)

Fic 2 - (Incomplete) -  [[Pairing: Rose/Crow/Dan]]   In contrast to the last fic, I make the 3 of them sufffferrr. That is, not trying to give away the plot, but it’s a sequel to the fic I just posted, Three’s (Good) Company, wherein things sort of kick off at the very end.  This fic aims to examine what happens when all the moving parts finally collide.

Hell, maybe I’ll even squeeze in Abra.  (Probably not.... I’m more likely to bring in another character from Doctor Sleep before I nail down my timeline and start considering how/if Abra’ll be in this AU.
