Equal parts fascinated and exhausted to see the discourse surrounding transspecies. Mostly, I simply feel inclined to tiredly huff.
If you believe you can define the term transspecies in a way that adequately covers every possible configuration or understanding of the idea: You cannot. Trying to do so will inevitably leave some by the wayside. Refusing to acknowledge and proceeding regardless will cause more harm than good to people you both know and don't know.
This term as utilized by me and the experiences it represents for me are not for others to understand, and I will certainly not deign to fit into any pathetic universal definition or ontology that is presented to me. It's a personal, potentially private understanding first and foremost, and perhaps for many even solely: some understand this fact. Some do not.
