even though denying the self is a step towards removing that very existential suffering??

the focus on absence of self and general transience has me like D: please dude I exist. the possibility of complete annihilation in death is bad enough

saying that that doesn’t happen because i don’t actually exist as a self in the first place doesn’t really exactly help with that!!!
