Sydney is feeling well enough to turn on her most pitiful look after her bath today!! She is back to eating her normal dry food on her own (though she maintains it tastes better when daddy feeds it to her one kibble at a time by hand) and is not having any more diarrhea! She is clean, refreshed and almost back to her old self and Michael and I couldn't be happier. A week and some odd days ago we said goodbye to our old lady kitty, Luna. Since then I've been struggling to put into words the mixed and vacillating feelings of grief, relief, sorrow, emptiness, and knowing we did the best but hardest thing for her.
