here's an post about echolalia! we did our best to explain echolalia because we use echolalia constantly. here's what it means and examples! hope this makes sense for everyone reading it. a lot of alters worked on this post.

echolalia can be very hypeful for autistics and it's a form of communication. it should NOT be shunned. lots of us in the system use echolalia. a LOT. very often. for stimming, commutation, processing, whatever.

Working on accepting the autistic part of us. Dealing with imposter syndrome is hard. We don't feel valid as a autistic system. We need to remind ourselves. We are autistic. It's okay to stim. It's okay to use stim/fidgets. It's okay to take breaks. It's okay to use echolalia and scripting. It's okay to use accommodations. It's okay to get help and support.
