These three songs “Year of the Cat,” “All By Myself” & “One” are all the makings for a crazy cat lady scenario. I understand this because I am one. These three songs, however, played a huge part in my development of panic disorder in 1990. I heard these songs no less than 5 times each per work day at Eckerds where I had my first panic attack. All three of these came on today and the memories came flooding back. They are cringe inducing songs that I once loved but can no longer listen to.
