- His signature colour seems to be a sort of earthy brown, think natural tones - does gold work too? - gold is a neutral, of course it works
Then the last step was putting him in a room that also matches, look how well the tones all blend in
It all works to show how much more settled he is than last time, when he was a prisoner here. He's still reeling from it all but he's more grounded and understands the situation better than before. The gold helps highlight his increased importance to the Main Plot, those are protagonist coded textiles for sure. Even the light is working with him as part of the set-up, making him shine softly.
