This event couldn’t have been any more perfect for Theresa. There was art everywhere in several different forms and she was loving it. She had gotten a booth to promote her community theater, and had spent most of the day behind it, meeting new people and hopefully getting them interested in coming in for classes and/or auditions. Everyone knows that you have to have a bit of fun mixed in with work, so once a co-worker took over the booth for her, she took it as an opportunity to finally get out and explore all that there was to offer - not just what surrounded her booth. Walking up to the closest person, she smiled and tried to get their attention, in hopes they could point her in the direction of some of the fun things around. “Hey there. See anything interesting yet?”

The arts festival was something that Meara absolutely felt like she could fit into. Finding a spot on the curb with her own drawing pad, the redhead started to draw the festival, something she could send to Reagan. Looking up to see someone staring, the Irish woman gave a smile. “You want to be in the drawing? I’m not part of any booths, but I have to take this all in and drawing is doing that for me.”

Grace felt like she was back in Knoxville, ignoring different styles of art while her parents flitted about, having the time of their lives. She’d never been good with it, she found most of it irritating and pretentious, even more so because of how she’d grown up with it shoved down her throat. The music though...the music was a huge draw. That, and any time there was a decent party going on, she felt the need to show. Cooper was panting heavily, leaning against Grace’s leg as she nursed a beer, shaking her head at the displays of the karaoke. She figured an outdoor festival was a good place to bring her dog, since he loved attention so much. Smirking, she leaned over to the nearest person, jerking her chin the direction of the current singers. “Hey. I’ll buy you a drink if you go up there and take over. Because this shit’s bad.” There was only so much screeched Bohemian Rhapsody Grace could take.

After being out of town for a month, Alyssa’s plane had finally landed back in Orlando, bringing her home for some much needed rest. She was still in a state of utter shock that her gaming team had won their big tournament, instantly making her a multimillionaire. Most of it would be invested back into their brand, but the money that was pouring in for them now was an astounding amount. Tired as she was, Alyssa couldn’t bring herself to sleep, instead wandering down the street to the festival going on. She found herself at an art display, looking at some extravagant paintings of various video game characters. “This is...woah,” she mumbled softly, flipping the price tag over in her hand. “This would be like...crazy right?” She wasn’t talking specifically to anyone, mostly to herself, but her voice carried loud enough that the person walking by could hear her.

A big festival celebrating the arts was right up Noah’s alley. For the most part, she’d just been wandering around on the day, checking everything out and having a ball with it. After awhile, though, it felt like time for her to really join in on the action itself. She had no desire to get up and make a big fuss of her presence there on stage, instead finding a part of the field that was a little more barren. Setting up shop under a tree with her guitar in her lap, Noah started to play, strumming at it for a moment to pick up a tune before she started singing along. It was a music festival, after all, so there were plenty of people just hanging around playing for anyone walking by to join in. Getting into the song, Noah turned her attention on the first person walking by, more or less serenading them with the music choice.

Cami loved Pride. She went to all the ones in LA before she moved to Orlando and since she got here, she tried to attend all of them. The one thing that Cami wasn’t a fan of was all the germs that were around during large events in general. Her eyes widened as she watched two people lick each other, a shutter going through her body. “Oh lord.” Feeling someone rub up against her, the brunette paused as she took a deep breath. “Please don’t lick me. Please don’t lick me,” she spoke softly feeling a small sense of panic. “I’m pretty sure they just licked me. Oh god. Does anyone have germ-x? Anyone? I’m a germaphobe and being licked by a random person may terrify me.”

Sage loved this time of year. Pride month was a time that she felt like she could celebrate who she really was. Orlando’s Pride wasn’t as wild and crazy as the ones she’d been to in California, but that was perfectly alright. People could celebrate who they were, and people like Sage were going to be there to help them if needed. It was hot out, stiflingly so, and Sage had quite quickly volunteered her time to help anyone who got hurt, or heat exhaustion, or whatever it may be. She was wearing a bright yellow volunteer vest to distinguish her from the crowd, but she’d asked someone to paint a rainbow flag on her left cheek, and she’d pinned a rainbow flag to the vest as well. Sage wanted to celebrate her identity just as much as the people here. She also just wanted to help the people here. “Hydration station!” she called out to the milling crowd, eyes warm and smile bright. “It’s free! Water and Gatorade to keep you from getting heat exhaustion. It’s a hot one out there today!” Whether anyone would take her warning and come over, that was yet to be seen.

Logan specifically made sure he could take a couple hours away from his stand to spend time with his recently discovered DNA. Beth had dropped Naomi off as he decided it’d be best to just have some alone time with the kids. Well, as alone as you could be in a densely populated festival. The sheer directional will of the small child lead them to a water station area. Fountains sprung from the ground for kids to run through as well as whoever the hell wanted to. With the girl on his shoulders, he bobbed and weaved and generally got soaked in the process. Rather thrilled that squealing giggles bubbled up from the toddler’s lips constantly with his activity the more and more they got drenched to beat the heat.
