Management mean stengthening the worse/weakest member/department in the system, not destroying what was already become a foundation of the system and the stongest department, just to make a illusion that the system of a beautiful image but deep inside its bleeding. We become a puppet in our own field slave in the hands of few and ignoant people. Some already escape the treat of hell but for most of us we will never the the light unless we stand for what is just and right.
