Finished Friday will be a summary of a week's work as well as a day to show off my most recently completed work. This Finished Friday isn't huge but in my humble opinion, a charming one. I'm going through my chirimen stash and found a few adorable pieces I used to make a couple of clips. I enjoy making smaller items a lot! They fit everyday outfits and casual hairstyles, and I noticed many people enjoy them more than huge elaborate pieces. In comparison, maiko-inspired pieces are more of a special event accessory requiring both a special outfit and a hairdo that can sustain a heavy pin.
