You know its an interesting challenge to write a crass and irreverent character who doesnt swear like Firecracker. Especially in a setting where most other characters have no issue with it. Forces me to be rather creative in how I write her expressing her stronger feelings, but it works cuz shes already such a wacky personality. I just hope I can communicate the sincerity of her moments of irreverence, utter disrespect and times of true rage without coming across like a pg kids cartoon character trying too hard to be edgy.
One thing I noticed about different versions of Arlee I have written (Goblin, Firecracker, Adminverse Sec’s Arlee) is that they are all too willing to fling themselves into situations where they know that death is a possible outcome.
And the thing is, it isn’t even that they think “nah, I’d win” despite their impulsive and prideful attitude. And I’m not sure it’s about having a deathwish. I just think that they love the idea of going down in a blaze of glory. Like, they would much rather a short but exiting life over a long but boring (stable) one.
That, and even if they know they have gotten themselves into a situation where their mouth has written checks they can’t cash, they would literally rather die than back down.
When Arlee is living with Sec, they rein in this part of themselves for her sake. Arlee is at least aware enough of how much her getting hurt would mess Sec up.
But, I noticed that across universes, once Arlee’s relationship with Sec deteriorates enough, she very much stops caring too much about her own safety.
Arlee is the type of AroAce to flirt with people purely to mess with them and/or establish dominance but the moment someone flirts back to be either to be all like “eww gross dont do that” or to mentally bluescreen, depending on how genuine the person flirting back is being.
“Firecracker” is just one of many online user names Arlee goes by. She has a different name for every platform she has an account on. She also tends to have alt accounts for the places she posts to regularly. Both for ‘sockpuppet account’ trolling, and because she tends to get banned from places a lot XD
Used to take boxing lessons as an anger outlet. She eventually dropped the lessons out of boredom but she still has a boxing bag hung up for bad rage days. It sees less use since Sec moved out, but thats because with Sec gone, Arlee cares less about curbing her less *healthy* outlets for her anger.
Addicted to cigarettes since she was a teen, but is pretty strict about only smoking outside, due to Sec having childhood asthma. The habit of smoking outside is pretty ingrained at this point, so she still only smokes outside even with Sec gone.
Has a surprisingly strong sense of Justice. Unfortunately this can easily lead to impulsive actions that cause more harm than good. And of course, Firecracker in dissonance has recently become aware of the hypocrisy of caring about justice while being a bully.
BTW the title of the word doc I'm typing Firecracker's next ask in for @electricdissonance is saved as "Firecracker's Crashout". Do with that info what you will :)

1. Rona - Do they sleep with a stuffed animal? If they have multiple, who’s the favorite?
Lol of course she does. She rotates between her toys because she doesn’t want anyone left out. Unfortunately her favorite toy is a big orange transformer-esque robot. Not exactly pleasant to sleep cuddle with. She tried still because she felt bad that he got left out but it was just too uncomfy. So to make up for it she makes him his own little bed out of spare pillows and such every night for him to sleep on.
30. Sec - What would they do if they knew it would be forgiven?
Ask Kinito to take her inside the computer and love her. Yes this counts for Adminverse AND Abandonware verse. After all, that forgiveness includes her being able to forgive herself.
17. Arlee - Do they like children?
Yes. Granted, she doesn’t like looking after them. She does not have the patience to deal with them long-term. But she does like playing with them, and they tend to like playing with her because shes so high energy and honestly kinda whacky. She’s happy to act silly for kids to get them to laugh. Very “cool older cousin” energy. Arlee also finds sassy kids, or the ones who bluntly state the things adults won’t, hilarious.
Hurt a kid on her watch and you will end up with a black eye at best.
Really the only reason I have not got her interacting with Rona in Electric Dissonance is it would quickly be me talking to myself on the blog a lot. I can’t let her get attached guys it would derail so much! Watsonian explanation is that shes tunnel visoned on poking the bear and helping out Sam.
7. Arlee, Sec, Clione -Describe them in three words. Now let them describe themself in three words.
Arlee: Impulsive, Egotistical and Sassy
Arlee, on herself: Funny, Smart and an A**hole
Sec: Compassionate, Self-absorbed, Lonely
Sec, on herself: Self-absorbed, Geeky, Ineffectual
Clione: Insensitive, Insightful and Authentic
Clione, on herself: Introspective, Analytical, Misunderstood
6. Rona, Clione - Who will they take advice from, no matter what it is? Who won’t they take advice from, no matter what it is?
Rona thinks a lot of Miss Evans, her tutor. Because she is an adult who spends a lot of positive time with her and listens to her. She considers Miss Evans to be the smartest person she knows, so takes what she says seriously. To a lesser degree, this applies to Rona’s Aunt Karen. After all, no kid listens to what their parent says 100% of the time XD.
If Rona considers someone a bully, then she has no respect for what they might think. In fact, she thinks they should all listen to her advice! She clearly knows better! She stays polite because both Miss Evans and Aunt Karen gave her a dressing down after she started getting a bit actively nasty towards “bullies “rather than just sticking up for kids when needed. She doesn’t want to become like them, does she?
Clione… doesn’t really trust anyone that much. Not even herself. After all, she knows how easily her own internal bias, feelings and unconscious thoughts can cloud her judgement. And if she is like that and aware of it and still constantly makes mistakes, how much more other people who don’t think about these sorts of things? So there is nobody who she would listen to fully without questioning them ever.
But on the flip side, there is nobody she is 100% dismissive of. Everyone has a unique view and that means everyone has at least one thing they can see that nobody else can. Nobody is 100% wrong or right. Everyone has something they can teach you. And there is something in you that you can teach everyone else.
Granted, Clione will absolutely consider her own opinion first and foremost the majority of the time!
For clarification: Firecracker is feeling them spade quadrant feelings for dissonance!Sonny. However she is not attracted to him physically. She is too asexual for that lol.

Anyways, to answer your question? Hmmmm. Apart from even insinuating he'd so much as contact Aria? Or, ignoring her and refusing to play ball?
It’s kinda difficult to say because at this point FC does not respect diss!Sonny’s opinions, so there is little he could say to her that would actually bother her. Plus shes very confident in herself as a person, compared to Sonny’s more fragile ego (which is something she finds kinda pathetic about him and its one of the reasons she picks on him). The only things she respects about him is his intelligence and potential, and she’s truthfully really frustrated and annoyed by how (in her eyes) he has squandered both.
I think honestly the only thing that would really genuinely tick her off to the point where she starts actually threatening him is if he managed to succeed in killing someone. She currently does not believe he is capable of doing so (oh she knows he wants to, he just can’t rn). That and if he so much as hints he knows about Aria's existence.
I do remember that alt!FC (Goblin) got pretty mad when Shrimp zip-bombed their PC. But that was less about the pc being wreaked and more being blindsided in a way that wounded her pride (along with knowing Sec was in danger). But the thing is, with Dis-Sonny… if he did something like that (as long as Sec was not involved) I think she'd be weirdly delighted? Mad sure, but in a strange way she'd feel giddily validated that she got him to show her what he can actually do. She wants to fight him.
Really, thats the thing. Sonny is already under her skin. He already makes her really mad. She just shows it differently than Sonny does. The highly playful yet personal disrespectful tone of her trolling and insults towards Sonny is her manifestation of anger and annoyance. Like, if she wasn’t mad, she would have stopped poking the bear by now and moved on to investigating other mysterious of the various dissonance characters/ chat members out of curiosity. Maybe returned every now and then for lols or info scouting but thats it.
Sonny makes FC mad because she can see what he could have been. Man could have saved the world but he chooses to try and enslave it. And He talks so big, but Sam has been running rings around him. Sam is way cooler than him. He does not have the right to such a stupidly large ego.
And his ego is so fragile, too. Like he did all these horrible things to people and he couldn’t even do that right. Like she doesn’t want him to hurt anyone but she also is so, so, so annoyed that he is all talk (in her eyes). Like if hes gonna be evil he could at least be awesome about it. And good or evil he could be so, so awesome. But instead he’s a pathetic dime a dozen angry man on the internet. She sees his potential and she is so mad he wastes it.
And, truthfully, she hates how much he reminds her of the worst parts of herself. But she at least eventually, finally accepted her reality slap to the face. Sonny has been digitized by his own creations and become almost powerless and he still doesn’t learn!? That’s so dumb! And at least even before her Big Screw Up, she still valued people’s lives. Sonny clearly does not.
(and it just feels so good, to know someone is worse than you have ever been, to feel like you can judge them, to feel higher up by being able to look down on another. To point and say ‘look! I’m not the worst, I’m better than someone! I’m not complete trash because here is someone like me but clearly worse!)
Also FC finds Sonny’s over the top angry reactions so, so funny. She’s a troll at heart.
