Hey skin makers on Flight Rising, I wanna learn how to make skins and accents but I'm actually kinda struggling with like ... Layers and final product?

Like

I'm not sure how to prepare the skin for submission. So I combine all the layers I used and clip lineart and shadows to them? What if I don't have Photoshop or a comparable software to measure percentages of coverage for accents? How do I test how the skin is going to look on a dragon?

I can only use an android tablet for now, so that's my biggest limitation atm. Is there a particular (preferably free) software I should be using instead of Ibis to make it easier?
