CL - Do you believe that Trump could pull 25+% of Black American votes?

SL - I don’t think it matters what Trump pulls, because, first of all, you guys are still believing there will be an election.  Okay, that’s a possibility.  You believe the [2024] election is not going to be rigged.  The elections have been rigged since . . . you and I were together on election night 2012 and you and I know good and well that he did not win Florida; you know good and well Obama did not win Florida.  But guess what got reported?

SL – These things have been rigged; if you want to do the history, go back to 1960.  John Kennedy did not win that election.  So, what makes you think, 60 years later, with all the practice they’ve had, and they’ve ramped it up since 2012, that any election result you get is actually going to be legitimate?  And the thing is that you’re at the point where the Republic that you know is being actively erased.

SL - You did not start the Republic that you are trying to keep by voting.  Nobody voted George the 3rd out.  Nobody voted chattel slavery away.  Nobody voted Jim Crow out; although there was more legislation going on with that than the others.  At every point in time, you had to make your choice between a peaceful life and a violent freedom.  And if you’re not willing to make that choice  . . .

Fear Survives a Threat, Anger Defeats the Threat

The main tool used by the mob (including government) is fear. This tool is effective to control the population because it does not, usually, require physical confrontation. Once the thought "something bad might happen" is planted in the population's brains, it takes hold of their whole life and usually keeps the population in fear, causing inaction; thereby allowing the mob to maintain control over them without further action except to occasionally remind the population that the fear-causing agent is still present. Fear Stifles Action and weakens our defense against those who would try to manipulate or control us; assuming that what they do or say is fact rather than questionning and researching ourselves with an open, yet suspicious, mind. When we cast fear aside and realize that WE have control over our own lives, fear cannot be used against us and true freedom, from the control of others, is restored. View this related video. Get Out and VOTE in the Primaries!

Super Tuesday Voting has passed for several states and Primary Election Day is fast approaching for the rest of us.

The primaries are very important to remove the chaff from the wheat. Don't let it go by without casting your vote.

Research the candidates NOW; don't just select familiar names in the booth.

Vote against incumbents. They are growing roots in government and need to get back to a real job.

Make upcoming elections change the way governments are run! These last few years should have been the wake-up call that government cannot continue to operate as they have been for decades.

On September 14, 1814, Francis Scott Key (a lawyer in Baltimore, Maryland, commissioned to negotiate the release of prisoners of war from England) pens a poem which is later set to music and in 1931 becomes America's national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner." The poem, originally titled “The Defense of Fort McHenry,” was written after Key witnessed (from the prison ship holding the POWs) the Maryland fort (McHenry) being bombarded by the British during the War of 1812.

Politicians are Public Servants, Not Celebrities, Royalty or Nobility

When politicians are treated as being more than public servants, their egos inflate, they become more selfish and less effective to their constituents. This is why Term Limits is so important; to reduce the potential for corruption and to get politicians back into the workforce because, as a politician, they aren't actually creating any value or wealth to the community. Don't treat them as celebrities. What they really need is to get back to a real job. Help them OUT; Vote Them Out!

But until they run for office, communicate with their politicians, volunteer at the polling places, get rid of the do-nothing, old-fart, retread, corrupt politicians, personally "work" to make real changes, NOTHING will ever change and the tyranny of governments will destroy this country from within. So, turn off the TV, quit texting your BFFs about every little detail of your unremarkable life, get off the couch and start taking some actions from the list above to make a real impact in this country and your life.
