A friend of mine was singing Close to You by the Carpenters and oh my god some of the lyrics really fit the Eye in Apple

omg I am so glad you sent this. I hadn’t heard this song before but now I will forever associate it with the Eye’s desperate and obsessive affection in the fic.

The sweetness of this song is rather funny to contrast with the Eye’s intrusiveness though.

That is why all the girls in town follow you all around. Just like me, they long to be close to you...

a hello!!!!!! i have seen your tags, they always make me smile thank u so much for your ongoing support and for taking the time to send this, i rly appreciate it :'> it's definitely weird trying to cobble together bits and pieces of other media in the hopes tht i can come up with a combination that will scratch the same itch as my main hyperfixation. the anxiety about finding inspiration hasn't gone away but knowing tht there r people in my audience who r interested in what i have to make be it jjk or not does help ease my mind <33

These are in no particular order but!

1. Baking/cooking!!

2. Reading books (specifically the ones that make me feel tense with the characters, or excited about a plot twist, i like to feel things while i read, and it makes me really happy when that happens)

3. My cats!

4. Seeing other people happy (mostly my brother, or people i care about. But if i see someone at a store or out somewhere and they look. Just SO excited or happy about something, that makes me happy)

5. Certain animal crossing villagers (i only have pocket camp, but some of my faves are Kicks, Chevre, Static, Muffy, Bob, Sherb, Pietro, and theres definitely others but those are the ones that come to mind. Fun fact me and Chevre have the same birthday!)
