It's been a while since I've drawn Lady Ace and Frightstrand in battle, so it's time to settle the score!
Lady Ace's full body shielding may be strong, but even it has its limits! Thankfully her suit is capable of mending itself over time, granted she isn't in active combat.
Also trying out a new effect/design for her arm mounted shields so that it stands out visually from her energy blades.
It's been a while since we last saw Frightstrand, and looks like she's up to her old tricks again. I recently saw an artwork of Jane Doe from Zenless Zone Zero, and was inspired to give Frightstrand a tail that she can use in combat. Since she has undergone a full body augmentation by LMI, this means that she is capable of generating melee weapons from any part of her body, and not just her arms. Yes, any part. ;)
Not sure if it will be a permanent feature of her abilities, but I think it was nice to draw it out. What do you guys think? Yay, or nay?
To celebrate reaching 2k followers on Twitter/X, I asked my audience what they would like to see drawn, and that the comment with the most likes would be drawn. As a result, the top liked comment was to see Lady Ace and Frightstrand having their outfits swapped.
Simple enough, but I also decided to see what would they would look like if they had their signature colors applied as well!

Featured is his gun wielding mercenary OC, Ironsight, going up against Frightstrand!
Some context for the character:
Marcus Varrens the son of SEAL sniper Dane Varrens who was KIA when he was just a toddler. Following in his father's footsteps, Marcus would join the SEALs before his marksmanship skills were picked up by the private organization, Alphawatch.
In order, to fulfil the goals of the organisation which includes monitoring and bringing down rogue super humans, Marcus went through numerous cybernetic augmentations which not only increased his strength and speed, but also his vision and accuracy, thus gaining him the codename, Ironsight.
His latest assignment would bring him to Royal Woods and witnessing the clashes between Lady Ace and Frightstrand. Its his intervention in one of their fights that would eventually put him on crash course with the latter.

That being said, I love how this collab turned out. Kudos, to Ruhi for doing most of the heavy lifting as he made the background both simple yet stunning!
Time to cap off the summer artworks with one featuring Carrie Mitchell, aka the villainess, Frightstrand! She may be an evildoer, but even Alphahumans like her need to relax.
Also this artwork is a collaboration with my friend, VanzillaChillboy, and he has gladly provided the amazing background of this artwork!
